Coming Back

Back to working on weight. Am I frustrated? A bit that my efforts seem so little, so difficult. I'm also realistic that I didn't stay as vigilant as I should have over the last nine months, but I'm going to consider some of that "The Trump 10"--comfort food, depression, general unhappiness over much of late fall/winter.

So what's a body to do? Get moving, eat well, stay away from alcohol, and generally get tough. I need to do so anyway as I'm heading into some challenging work at my job. I need to be more alert, stronger in general, and "on the muscle."

I'm hoping the blog will encourage my watchfulness. I've been trying to lose weight over the last month and a half; I've made some, though not much, headway. Here's to being more public about this and seeing if that doesn't help.
